Pfauengarten Graz

Divided into three building sections, apartments, offices, and a hotel of the international brand “NH Hotels” with 157 rooms, a lobby, and a restaurant were constructed on top of an existing multi-storey garage in the historic center of Graz. In addition to the technical challenges, the planning and execution also had to take into account the location between the protected natural area of the Graz City Park and the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Graz Roofscape.”
