Geidorfcenter Graz

In the popular Graz district of Geidorf, five above-ground residential buildings of varying heights were constructed atop a ground-floor zone designated for offices and commercial use. Beneath these buildings lies an underground garage with around 225 parking spaces, available to both residents and the public.

The ground floor includes a bank branch, a physiotherapy institute, a café with a bakery, a grocery store, the City of Graz Youth Welfare Office, the Graz North Library, and a speech therapy practice. This is also where the office of Fleissner + Partner Ges.m.b.H. is located.
