In the summer of 2018, this project was acquired by a sister company and developed into a hotel. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, construction was unfortunately delayed, and it was not until autumn 2023 that building work could begin. A high-quality lifestyle boutique hotel is now being built, featuring 138 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a courtyard.
